This policy describes how PHXhomebuyer.com ("PHX Home Buyer," "we," "us") handles personal information collected at phxhomebuyer.com. We buy houses for cash in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding Valley. If you have a question, email webblandinvestments@gmail.com or call (602) 320-9500.

Information we collect

When you request a cash estimate, we collect the details you submit:

Name, phone number, and email address
Property address, and when your browser provides them, street, city, state, ZIP code, and map coordinates
Your answers about the reason for selling, timeframe, updates, repairs, and asking price
A record that you agreed to be contacted
Campaign details that were in the link you used, such as UTM parameters, plus the page address and referring site

Our host may also record standard technical logs, including IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, to keep the site reliable and to investigate abuse.

If address suggestions are turned on, the characters you type into an address field are sent to Google so it can suggest a matching U.S. address. You can still type an address without choosing a suggestion.

Seller reviews

If you use the review link we send you, we collect your name, an optional Arizona city, a star rating, the review you write, an optional email address, and a record that you agreed to publication. The public site shows only your first name and last initial, city, rating, and review, and only after we approve it. Your email is kept so we can match the note to your sale. It is not shown on the site. We also store a hash of the network address used to submit the form, which we use to limit spam.

How we use information

We use this information to:

Review the property and respond to your estimate request
Contact you by phone, text message, and email about that request
Keep a record of your consent and your opt-out requests
Measure which campaigns bring people to the site
Protect the form from spam and troubleshoot the service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects.

Phone, text, and email consent

If you check the consent box on the estimate form, you agree that PHX Home Buyer may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about your property request, including with live calls, text messages, emails, automated technology, and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to receive a written offer.

Message frequency varies and depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

Text STOP to cancel text messages. You should receive a confirmation. Text HELP for help.
Email webblandinvestments@gmail.com and ask us to stop emailing you.
Call (602) 320-9500 and ask to be placed on our do-not-call list.

We honor text opt-outs promptly. Other opt-out requests are completed as soon as we reasonably can, and no later than 10 business days. A request to stop marketing contact does not stop us from sending a message you asked for about an active file, such as a closing detail, unless you tell us to stop that too.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and respond to requests:

Netlify, which hosts the website and receives form submissions
Neon, which stores lead records in a Postgres database
GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, where we keep your contact record, notes, and follow-up
Google, if address autocomplete is enabled, for address suggestions
A phone or email provider we use to reach you

We may also share information if a law, court order, or legal claim requires it, or as part of a sale of the business, in which case this policy would still describe the use of existing records unless we notify you of a change.

Cookies and local storage

The estimate form stores your in-progress answers and the campaign parameters from your visit in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not wipe the form. That storage stays on your device and clears when the session ends or when the form is submitted. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. Google may set its own cookies if the address suggestion script loads. You can block cookies in your browser; the form still works if you type the address yourself.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and consent records for as long as we need them to respond, keep required business records, and document that you asked us to contact you or to stop. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Security

Submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored by our hosting and database providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Please don't send account passwords or sensitive financial documents through this form.

Children

This site is meant for adults who own or are authorized to discuss a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted the form, contact us and we will delete the record.

Your choices and requests

You may email us to ask what estimate information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time. We may keep a copy when we need it for a legal claim, a consent record, or a transaction you asked us to complete. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will take any extra step the law requires.
